The quinceañera is celebrated on a young hispanic girl’s 15th birthday. The festivities can be as big as a wedding. This cake represents 14 cakes for 14 years with 7 damas (girls) on one side and 7 chamberlanes (boys) on the other. The center, the quinceañera, is the sweet 15 cake for the girl of honor.
