In this demo-style class, local cake artisan - Joanne Knoch, will walk you through buttercream frosting, cake filling, smooth frosting techniques (crumb coat and final layer), basic piping, and how to properly cut a round cake. And yes—there will be cake to share at the end!
Minimum of 3 participants, maximum 12 participants.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
