April 19th, 2026 1 pm – 3 pm Starkweather Brewing Madison, WI

In this demonstration style class, we will cover how to make buttercream frosting, add a filling to cake, apply smooth frosting (crumb coat and finished frosting), basic piping, how to properly cut a round cake and more! We will have cake to share at the end of class. Minimum of 3 participants, maximum of 12 participants. Sign up is available until April 14th, 2026.
